This study investigates the multifaceted factors influencing customer satisfaction on Airbnb, with a focus on the impact of listing features and geographic location in New York City. Through advanced analytical methods such as PCA, clustering, regression models, and sentiment analysis, the research aims to identify key drivers of guest satisfaction and provide actionable recommendations for hosts to enhance their listings and better align with guest preferences.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House Research Design
This research explores how menu design and ordering methods impact customer satisfaction and spending in the restaurant industry. The study examines customer behavior across four groups using different menu formats: paper and QR code menus, with and without pictures. Findings show that menus with pictures, especially QR code menus, significantly enhance customer satisfaction and increase spending.
